Data Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Build data pipelines that could carry a whale
• Stream data in real time like a Netflix show on 5G
• Clean, organize, and serve data so clean you could eat off it
• Make insights magically appear (okay, not magically, but with great logic)
• Write ETL code that makes even your past self say, Whoa
• Partner with teams across the org and become their data superhero
  

Requirements

• Experience: 2-5 years of making data do backflips.
  

Tools In Your Utility Belt

• Python (or you talk to snakes, either works).
• AWS Glue, S3 Redshift, CloudFormation, ECS.
• Kafka (you dream in streams).
• Microservices + Git = your comfort zone.
• Strong data structuring, system design, and analytics.
• Calm, curious, patient, the Data Zen Master.
  

Bonus Points If You

• Think data lake sounds more fun than vacation lake.
• Believe ETL could be the name of your future pet.
• Consider schema evolution your favorite rom-com plot.
• Actually enjoy debugging at 2 am (we hope not, but you get the idea).
