Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Designer located in Noida. The Product Designer will be responsible for crafting user-centric designs, conducting user research, applying design thinking methodologies, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Daily tasks include creating wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and conducting usability tests to enhance user experiences. The Product Designer will also work on refining product designs in alignment with business goals and user needs.

Qualifications

• Visual Design and Product Design skills
• Proficiency in Design Thinking methodologies
• Experience in User Research and UX Research
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working in cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
• Experience in the real estate or PropTech industry is a plus
