Responsibilities

User Interface (UI)

• Create high-fidelity, pixel-perfect designs that reflect modern aesthetics while being functional and accessible.
• Ensure consistency across devices with responsive and adaptive designs.
• Enhance engagement through interactive elements and well-thought-out animations.

Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to align design with project goals and technical feasibility.
• Provide detailed design specifications and assets to ensure smooth development handoff.
• Work with branding teams to maintain visual consistency across all aspects of the platform.

Design Systems

• Build and maintain a scalable design system that includes reusable components, typography, and color schemes.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best practices.

Testing and Iteration

• Use analytics and user feedback to iterate and improve the platform’s design.
• Conduct A/B testing to validate design decisions and enhance overall usability.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, user-friendly designs for mobile-first platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating visually stunning and intuitive interfaces.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Expertise in prototyping and interaction tools such as InVision, Principle, or Framer.
• Deep understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a user-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bridge the gap between design and development.
