We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing team of highly skilled engineers working on a variety of applications and services to support our omni-channel, proactive communication platform. You will be working in multidisciplinary team with other professionals delivering high quality and secure software within an Agile delivery framework. The role will be based in Pune, India. Extensive collaboration and communication with UK and US based teams will be a key part of the job, so excellent communication skills are critical. How will you make an impact? Write, test and maintain code which adheres to internal guidelines and industry best practices. Ensure applications are built to modern security standards. Write reusable code and libraries. Strong C# experience including OOP and application of modern design patterns (2+ years). Experience working with public cloud platforms like AWS (preferred), Azure, and GCP. Strong relational database experience with proficiency in writing and troubleshooting SQL (preferably MySQL). Proficient in writing testable and reusable code and developing scalable applications. Proficient working with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD and other development process tooling. Excellent communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
How will you make an impact? Act as part of a team of SRE’s that act as the ‘gatekeepers’ of production and actively manage the work backlog and develop reliability improvements. Lead investigations into root cause outages, performance, and cost issues. Lead initiatives to develop the automation of low-value tasks balanced against project delivery demands. You will provide technical leadership and to wider Cloud Operations and Support teams along with providing oversight to the products and services they support. Develop and configure monitoring dashboards and alerts in tools like Grafana and Azure Monitor. Installation and configuration of Observability Platform including tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor, Open telemetry etc. Developing bicep modules for monitoring infrastructure and deploy it. Developing and configuring CI/CD pipelines in Azure Devops for deploying monitoring infrastructure and monitoring objects Have you got what it takes? Iterative Feedback Loops – Test with users, run quick experiments, and refine fast—data over ego. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work daily with product, engineering, and founders to ship pixel-perfect features on time. Must-Haves 1–5 yrs professional UI/UX experience with shipped B2B or SaaS products. Expert in Figma; strong chops in Photoshop, Illustrator; bonus: Framer / Webflow for no-code builds. Deep grasp of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy—you can justify every pixel. Proven mobile + web portfolio demonstrating clean, user-centric design. Clear communicator who defends design decisions with data and user-research insights. Obsessive attention to detail and the drive to polish until it’s “done-done.” Nice-to-Haves Motion design or micro-animation skills. Experience in data-heavy or 3D/visual-analytics interfaces. Familiarity with construction tech or other industrial domains.
