About the Role

Product Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to understand user needs and pain points.
  
• Translate requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  
• Create intuitive and engaging UI/UX for web and mobile products.
  
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver consistent design solutions.
  
• Develop design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
  
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
  
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
  
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design best practices.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related field.
  
• 2–6 years of experience as a Product Designer / UI/UX Designer.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work (web and/or mobile).
  
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
  
• Solid understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design.
  
• Experience with prototyping and usability testing tools.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  

Good to Have

• Experience working with design systems.
  
• Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS and front-end development constraints.
  
• Understanding of data visualization and micro-interactions.
  
• Experience in SaaS, B2B, or consumer product environments.
