Manager, Product Design

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Planning:

• Establish and improve

  design workflows and processes

  for efficiency.
• Define and track

  business + product metrics

  to measure design impact.
• Implement best practices for

  streamlined execution and collaboration

  .

Research & Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Lead and integrate

  design research

  into the core process.
• Analyze

  user behavior, data trends

  , and research findings to shape design strategies.
• Guide teams in making

  data-informed design decisions

  .

People Management & Team Growth:

• Build and nurture a high-performing

  design team

  .
• Define

  growth paths, review processes, and quality benchmarks

  .
• Provide

  mentorship

  and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Product/Project Management:

• Ensure

  end-to-end delivery of projects

  with a structured design approach.
• Define the

  design process

  for each project to align with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with

  cross-functional teams (PMs, Engineers, Researchers)

  to ensure design success.
• Advocate for

  user-centric design

  by incorporating business and industry awareness.

Skills and Experience

• 12+ years of experience in

  Design Operations, Design Research, or Project Management

  .
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in

  data-driven design decisions

  .
• Previous experience in

  leading design teams and defining operational frameworks

  .
• Background in

  Product Management

  is a plus.
