Product Design Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Design Manager to lead our design team in creating innovative and user-friendly products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions in the architectural hardware and security segment.

The organization is committed to excellence and developing innovative solutions, catering to architects, builders, planners, and homeowners. Ozone is expanding its expertise into the manufacturing of doors, windows, and glass processing, contributing to the Make in India movement.

• Lead the product design team in developing innovative design concepts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create and maintain design documentation and specifications
• Ensure design consistency and quality across all products
• Mentor and develop junior designers within the team
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record of successful product launches
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work and process
• Experience with 3D modeling and prototyping is a plus
• Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma)
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience in product development lifecycle
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to lead and mentor a design team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes
