Product Design Manager

Role Overview: You will be the Product Design Key Account Manager responsible for managing strategic client relationships and driving product-led business growth. Your role will involve combining strong account management expertise with a deep understanding of product design and development to ensure design excellence, customer satisfaction, and business expansion. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow key accounts through proactive design and product execution. - Develop and implement business plans focused on design-led product development. - Collaborate with customers to understand product requirements and deliver innovative solutions. - Lead coordination between design, production, and cross-functional teams for timely project delivery. - Use analytical insights and market trends to refine product offerings and identify new opportunities. - Support continuous improvement in product development and design processes. Qualifications & Skills: - Proven experience in Key Account Management within a design or product-focused industry. - Strong background in product design and development execution. - Excellent client management, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Analytical and strategic mindset with a collaborative approach. - Bachelor's degree from a reputed design institute (NIFT, NID, IIGJ, or equivalent) is mandatory. - 7-12 years of relevant experience in a similar or allied industry.
