About Weft:

Weft Technologies is a digital product hub building next-gen solutions for logistics, healthcare, legal tech, and D2C. We blend design, code, and growth strategy to help ambitious founders scale fast. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product & Sales Service Executive with 3 to 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, custom software, or IT services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure product alignment and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
> Identify and target potential B2B clients through research, networking, and outbound efforts.

> Meet clients in person or virtually, understand their requirements, and provide tailored product/service demonstrations.

> Own and manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.

> Achieve and exceed sales targets by converting prospects into long-term business partners.

> Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, performance reviews, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

> Collaborate with product and technical teams to relay client feedback and ensure solutions are aligned with customer requirements.

> Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, RFP responses, and pricing proposals.

> Maintain accurate records in the CRM for tracking sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions.

> Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

> Act as a liaison between clients and internal support teams to ensure timely issue resolution and satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

> 3–4 years of proven B2B sales experience in SaaS, IT services, or custom software solutions.

>Experience in meeting clients and successfully closing sales deals.

> Exposure to handling enterprise or mid-market
> Experience in full-cycle sales: lead generation to closure.

> Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.
> Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.> Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

> Ability to analyze customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
> Technical aptitude to understand software product features and integrations.

> Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.

>MBA or PGDM is a strong plus, especially with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Technology Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
