Job Description

Overview

Edifecs is looking for a proactive Product Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join our Risk Adjustment Product team.In this role you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, helping define product requirements, prioritization and feature validation for successful delivery of features in agile environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to capture product/business requirements.
Translate business needs to clear user stories and maintain a healthy product backlog.
Participate in agile ceremonies.
Support product backlog prioritization.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers.
Track and document customer concerns to collaborate internally for resolution.
Assist with product release planning and creation of supporting documentation.
Prepare status reports.
Track customers’ bugs.
Manage release risks.
Manage help topics, create release notes.

Qualifications

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar.
3+ years’ experience in business analysis or product management.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, RUP processes.
Good knowledge of the data formats, communication protocols, basic knowledge of the programming languages.
Responsive, responsible, self-motivated person, ready to work flexible hours especially during the pre-release time.
Good understanding of Medicare, ACA and Medicaid Risk Adjustment
Understanding/Experience in building Prospective and Retrospective workflow products for Risk Adjustment is an added advantage
Understanding of clinical data and other data files like membership, claims, providers, etc.
Understanding of various EDI transactions such as X12, HIPAA, HL7, CDA, NCPDP, etc.
Ability to understand and apply company policies and procedures.
Exposure and understanding of US Healthcare Insurance domain.
Basic understanding of Cloud Services.
Basic understanding of microservice architecture.
