Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that are innovative and cost-effective.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best terms and conditions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and products.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in procurement activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Analytical skills to assess suppliers and products effectively.
  • Knowledge of market trends and supply chain processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
