Job Description

Team Leadership
: Supervise a procurement support team, set priorities, and manage workloads across spend categories.
Performance Management
: Ensure the team meets KPIs and deliverables through structured follow-ups and performance reviews.
Stakeholder Communication
: Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and communicate team results to the broader supply chain and procurement community.
Team Development
: Onboard new employees, coach team members based on their strengths, and facilitate skill growth.
Process Improvement
: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, cross-departmental alignment, and optimization projects.
Operational Oversight
: Manage relationships with external partners (suppliers, co-packers) and ensure smooth collaboration.
Compliance and Representation
: Represent the Procurement Compliance (CSP) function in internal forums and initiatives.
Proactive Risk Management
: Identify and analyze potential risks or issues and implement root-cause solutions.
