Associate Procurement Representative

As a Procurement Representative at our highly recognized global growth company, you will have the opportunity to lead and support a team responsible for managing master data for purchased goods and services. Reporting to a Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in driving process improvements and efficiencies related to master data and procurement processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead a team of 5 associates in data entry and management of master data for purchased goods and services across all Ecolab businesses - Provide supervision, coaching, and development to direct reports - Support team members with questions and issues - Lead projects to enhance process efficiencies and automate transaction activities - Communicate strategies, results, and metrics to leadership teams - Handle other assigned projects **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or related field - 2+ years of professional experience - Proficiency in Excel for data analysis **Preferred Qualifications:** - Demonstrated leadership and communication skills - Familiarity with Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP) - Strong presentation skills - Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations - Competitive drive and results-oriented mindset - Professionalism in interactions and strong teamwork skills - Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Interest in pursuing an advanced degree in business or finance If you are a passionate professional seeking career growth and a challenging opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
