Associate Procurement Representative

Reporting to a Procurement Manager, you will play a crucial role in the local Procurement Team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of 5 associates handling data entry and management of master data for assigned purchased goods and services across all Ecolab businesses - Provide direct supervision, objectives, coaching, and development to direct reporting individual contributors - Support team members with questions, issues, and problems - Lead projects focused on enhancing process efficiencies around master data and procurement processes, and identify opportunities for automating transaction activity - Effectively communicate strategies, results, and metrics to leadership teams as required - Undertake any other projects as assigned Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of professional experience - Proficiency in Excel for data analysis Preferred Qualifications: - Demonstrated history of leadership and communication skills - Proficiency in systems such as Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP) - Strong presentation skills and clear communication abilities - Ability to lead with ambiguity and demonstrate a competitive drive for results - Professionalism and strong presence in interactions with others - Teamwork and project management skills - Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Plans to pursue or progress toward an advanced degree in business, finance, or a related area This job does not offer Immigration Sponsorship.
