Job Description

About Almighty Techserv:

Almighty Techserv is the specialized aviation and security arm of the Dalmia Group

About the Role:

Procurement Intern

full-time placement

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and onboarding vendors, both domestic and international
Support in preparing RFQs, purchase orders, and bid documents
Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners for timely delivery
Maintain procurement trackers, cost sheets, and documentation
Help ensure compliance with tender, defense, and regulatory requirements
Research and analyze procurement trends and pricing benchmarks

Who We're Looking For:

Students or recent graduates in
Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related fields
Strong communication, analytical, and organizationals skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment
Prior exposure to procurement or government projects is a plus (not mandatory)
