About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in supply chain and procurement operations, vendor management, and purchase coordination for ongoing projects. The role provides an excellent opportunity to learn the end-to-end procurement process in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing vendors and obtaining quotations for materials and services.
• Support the team in preparing purchase orders and maintaining procurement records.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and quality checks.
• Update and maintain the procurement database and documentation.
• Assist in cost comparison, negotiation tracking, and vendor evaluation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (projects, finance, and operations) for procurement-related requirements.
• Support in maintaining inventory and tracking material inflow/outflow.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Eagerness to learn procurement processes in a real-time project environment.
