Job Summary:

Procurement Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure solar components (modules, inverters, structures, cables, BOS materials, etc.) from qualified vendors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers.
  • Obtain and evaluate quotations, negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on timely delivery.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor information.
  • Coordinate logistics, transportation, and customs clearance (if applicable).
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and project budgets.
  • Collaborate with site/project teams to understand requirements and deliverables.
  • Assist in cost control, forecasting procurement needs, and inventory optimization.
  • Prepare regular procurement reports and status updates for internal stakeholders.
