Position : HR Journalist / IR Officer Location : Plot No. 657, GIDC, Waghodia, Gujarat – 391760 Industry : Manufacturing – Seamless Stainless Steel Tube Employment Type : Full Time Urgent Requirement Job Summary: We are seeking a competent and experienced HR Journalist / Industrial Relations (IR) Officer for our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR compliance and statutory obligations, maintaining department-wise documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination with regulatory authorities. Key Responsibilities: · Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable labor laws, factory laws, and statutory regulations. · Maintain and update HR and compliance-related documentation and registers for all departments. · Monitor and ensure timely filing of statutory returns (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.). · Handle government inspections and ensure readiness for labor audits. · Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and support IR-related activities on the shop floor. · Coordinate with departments to ensure uniform adherence to company HR policies and documentation protocols. · Maintain employee records, contracts, and leave registers. · Regularly audit and review compliance systems and suggest improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, IR, Labor Law, or related field. · Minimum 5 years of experience in HR/IR roles within a manufacturing environment. · In-depth knowledge of statutory compliance, labor laws, and factory operations. · Excellent organizational and documentation skills. · Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. · Experience liaising with labor officers and regulatory bodies.
