Procurement Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement & Sourcing

• Source lifestyle and gifting products, packaging materials, and accessories
• Negotiate rates and MOQs with vendors while ensuring quality and cost-efficiency
• Raise and track purchase orders (POs), and ensure timely deliveries

2. Coordination & Workflow Management

• Coordinate with the Design, Product Development, Inventory, and QC teams
• Ensure procurement aligns with project timelines for Website, Corporate, and NPD (New Product Development)
• Maintain real-time status updates of procurement activities for all stakeholders

3. Vendor Management

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors for products and packaging
• Manage vendor relationships and maintain performance metrics
• Resolve vendor issues related to timelines, quality, or pricing

4. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure products meet the company’s quality benchmarks before GRN
• Assist in product QC processes along with internal teams
• Maintain compliance documentation and procurement records

Requirements

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in procurement in an

  E-commerce (product-based)

  setup, preferably

  Gifting/Lifestyle

  sector
• Strong knowledge of

  sourcing

  ,

  indent raising

  ,

  PO management

  , and

  vendor negotiations

• Familiarity with procurement for customized and seasonal gifting
• Experience working with

  cross-functional teams

  (Design, QC, Warehouse, E-commerce)
• Proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory management software
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
