• Assist in vendor sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding.
• Prepare, maintain, and track procurement documentation, contracts, and purchase orders.
• Support the procurement lead in negotiations and vendor meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams for requirement gathering and timely execution.
• Track invoices, payments, and compliance documents.
• Maintain vendor databases and procurement records.
• 2–4 years of procurement/commercial experience (media/advertising exposure preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong documentation and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and procurement tools.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to learn.
