We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Endorsement Sales Specialist to independently drive revenue growth through talent endorsements and brand partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and strategic thinker with a solid background in business development, preferably within the advertising, talent, or media agency ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue new revenue opportunities in the endorsement space. Build, nurture, and maintain a strong professional network of clients, agencies, and brand decision-makers. Research, analyze, and identify new business opportunities; pitch services and talent to potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve business challenges and close deals efficiently. Stay informed on trends, movements, and key developments in entertainment, media, and pop culture. Recommend relevant brands and partners for endorsement opportunities based on talent profile and market alignment. Prepare sales reports, client decks, and performance analytics to drive strategic decision-making. Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and outreach. Requirements: 6–10 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or brand partnerships—preferably in media, entertainment, or talent agencies. Strong command of English, both written and verbal. High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools—especially PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment with minimal supervision.
