Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Field Engineer located in Location Name. The Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day project management, planning, and Mail Communication tasks. Roles & Responsibilities: - · Install and configure CCTV cameras, IDS System, Fire and Access, and associated hardware. Ensure optimal placement for comprehensive coverage · Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems are functioning correctly. Diagnose and repair faults in CCTV and IDS systems, including hardware malfunctions and software glitches. · Conduct site surveys to assess security needs and determine optimal placement of cameras and sensors. · Educate the ground team on the operation of CCTV and IDS systems, including how to retrieve and review recorded footage and respond to alarms. · Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. · Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and maintenance activities. · Prepare and submit service reports and system diagrams as required after completion of work. · Follow safety procedures during installation and maintenance to prevent accidents and ensure system integrity. · The technician should be available over the phone during extended hours, along with official time Technical Competencies: - · 1-2 years of previous experience in the Electronic Security field. · CCTV Installation for both IP and Analog Should know about Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, network systems, etc. · Qualification: - 12th Pass, ITI or Electronic Security Related certification. This includes managing Low Voltage (LV), Medium Voltage (MV), and High Voltage (HV) electrical systems to ensure smooth operations, safety, and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities: Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of LV, MV, and HV electrical systems in the warehouse and plant. Should be knowledgeable in electrical systems and comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues related to the LV, MV, and HV systems. Perform regular inspections and testing of electrical equipment, ensuring reliability and efficiency. Able to Identify and resolve potential electrical hazards and mitigate risks to equipment and personnel. Able to design and implementation of electrical system upgrades and new installations.
