Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Field Engineer located in Location Name. The Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day project management, planning, and Mail Communication tasks. The Project Engineer will also coordinate communication with the client and project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities: -

· Install and configure CCTV cameras, IDS System, Fire and Access, and associated hardware. Ensure optimal placement for comprehensive coverage

· Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems are functioning correctly. Diagnose and repair faults in CCTV and IDS systems, including hardware malfunctions and software glitches.

· Conduct site surveys to assess security needs and determine optimal placement of cameras and sensors.

· Educate the ground team on the operation of CCTV and IDS systems, including how to retrieve and review recorded footage and respond to alarms.

· Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

· Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and maintenance activities.

· Prepare and submit service reports and system diagrams as required after completion of work.

· Follow safety procedures during installation and maintenance to prevent accidents and ensure system integrity.

· The technician should be available over the phone during extended hours, along with official time

Technical Competencies: -

· 1-2 years of previous experience in the Electronic Security field.

· CCTV Installation for both IP and Analog Should know about Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, network systems, etc.

· Qualification: - 12th Pass, ITI or Electronic Security Related certification.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
