Procurement Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, vendor coordination, purchase orders, and cost negotiations for our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, along with hands-on experience in procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and select vendors/suppliers for materials, equipment, and services.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Issue purchase orders (POs) and track order status to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams for procurement planning.
• Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier agreements for audit purposes.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with the finance team for invoice verification and payment processing.
• Stay updated with market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Commerce / Any relevant field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 3+ years of procurement/purchase experience in a corporate or project-based industry.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management.
• Familiarity with procurement software/tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple purchase requirements simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
