Head (QA/QC) & Management Representative on all concerned matters of Quality Management System and Quality issues during the production on regular basis. • Review and approval of Inspection Reports, Work instructions and Quality Inspection Plans as per API 5CT, API 5L, API 5DP, ASTM/ASME H2 Service and NACE product specifications. • To prepare & update existing MPS, Quality Plans, Manual, Quality System Procedures, Work Instructions (WI), Formats, TSS etc. Review of MTC of finished product. • Approval of Process cards / manufacturing documents as per the customer requirements • Study and evaluation the Global Tenders/ Enquire review and submit on time with clarification if any to Marketing Department. • Review of Customer Purchase order/Contract review for any additional requirements. • Handling of Customer complaints in coordination with Sales Team. • Preparation of NCR & administrating corrective actions. • Follow-up actions and verification of effectiveness of the actions taken. • Carrying out trainings to the concerned personnel or new joiners for any changes in the QMS / Product specifications. • Planning and carrying out supplier/vendor audits for approval as per the scope of supply compiling to the organizations procedures and or ISO 9001 / API Q1 standard requirements. • Accreditation as per NABL requirements and ensuring calibrations of testing & measuring instruments from inside calibration lab and outside agency.
