Procurement Executive



Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Strategy:

   Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring cost-effective procurement processes.

2. Vendor Management:

   Identify, evaluate, and select reliable vendors/suppliers. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure advantageous terms and conditions.

3. Purchase Orders:

   Generate purchase orders and manage the procurement cycle from requisition to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

4. Inventory Management:

   Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with internal teams to optimize stock levels while minimizing carrying costs.

5. Cost Analysis:

   Conduct cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend alternative sourcing strategies.

6. Quality Assurance:

   Collaborate with internal quality control teams to ensure that purchased products meet quality standards and specifications.

7. Risk Management:

   Identify and mitigate procurement risks, such as supply chain disruptions or quality issues.

8. Compliance:

   Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies throughout the procurement process.

9. Reporting:

   Prepare and present procurement reports and metrics to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles, preferably within [insert industry].
