We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the entire tender process, from document preparation to customs clearance, ensuring all processes are followed accurately and efficiently. You'll work closely with the Senior Manager, managing a variety of tasks that require strong data management skills and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities

Tender and Document Management:

• Prepare formats for tender submissions and scan all necessary documents.
• Manage and save all incoming invoices, checking rates and quantities against purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate records in Excel and Google Sheets.

Supplier and Logistics Coordination:

• Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues and queries.
• Prepare and send signed PIs and contracts, especially for import shipments.
• Handle customs clearance documents and coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHAs) to ensure timely delivery of goods to our warehouses.
• Create and distribute delivery instructions and send dispatch details to warehouse owners via email and other communication channels.

Data and Quality Control:

• Match serial numbers of dispatched material with pre-dispatch inspection (PDI) records.
• Obtain and verify DCR (Domestic Content Requirement) certificates from suppliers, matching them with dispatched serial numbers.
• Raise and resolve issues related to DCR certificates with managers and suppliers.
• Accurately record shortages and breakages and ensure correct materials are delivered to the warehouses.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Any graduate, with a preferred qualification of B.E./B.Tech. You must have a strong academic background, with a score of 70% or more in HSC and graduation. You should also be proficient in basic calculations.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in solar pumps and/or 1 year in Solar EPC.
• Languages: Must be fluent in Hindi (High proficiency in reading and speaking) and Gujarati (High proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking). Medium proficiency in English is required for reading and writing.
• Technical Skills: High-level proficiency in email communication and a medium-level proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Personal Attributes: Must be willing to multitask and travel for official purposes if required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
• Age: Between 23 and 30 years.
