Job Description -
Procurement Analyst
Responsibilities:
β Knowledge of Source to Pay processes and Procurement systems; identifying
opportunities for improvement.
β Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure quality and consistency.
β Initiate onboarding with new suppliers, review information for completion and collaborate with
AP partners to create supplier accounts.
β Facilitate routing contracts for signatures. Build and manage supplier and contract records in
contract repository.
β Supervise project aging reports, identifying those which are at risk to exceed SLAs, and following
up with stakeholders to promote progress.
β Assess the training needs of internal customers, support in developing/improving training
materials, and deliver effective training programs, as necessary.
β Build strong and productive working relationships with stakeholders and business partners.
β Familiarity with supplier contract structure, contract lifecycle management, and data
management
Requirements:
β 3-5+ years of experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain or business related fields.
β Outstanding customer service experience.
β Sense of urgency and ability to execute against critical deadlines.
β Knowledge of the Source to Pay processes.
β Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β Strong planning, organizational and time management skills
β Ability to multi-task with the agility to change direction quickly and often.
β Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
β Proactive, result oriented, with a can-do demeanor in meeting critical deadlines.
β Determined, able to work independently while staying connected with the greater team
