Process Trainer

~Job Designation

~Industry:

Up to 5.5 LPA for Gurugram
Up to 5 LPA for Bengaluru
Up to 4.5 LPA for Bhubaneswar

~Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) and refresher training programs
Deliver process, product, customer service, and soft skills training
Develop and update training materials, SOPs, and assessments
Evaluate trainee performance and provide regular feedback
Coordinate with Quality and Operations teams for performance improvement
Maintain training records, reports, and compliance documentation

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
Minimum 1 years of experience as a Process Trainer and overall 3 years experience in the BPO industry
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Strong understanding of BPO processes and quality metrics
