Process Trainer

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in AR process.

• Experience and strong knowledge of Under payment analysis mandatory.

• Physician billing & Hospital billing experience is desirable.
• Experience an end-to-end AR team with strong knowledge of the US Healthcare Industry.
• Experience in process training would be an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
• Must be enthusiastic to learn new processes.
• Willing to work night shifts.
• Work from office.

Roles and responsibilities

• Create and share the training plan with stakeholders.
• Deliver client specific training modules to new hires.
• Meet Training TAT for CS training Program.
• Manage OJT and QCP phase for the CPs completing CS training.
• Maintain the training records Training details, Trainees Attendance & Feedback score for all

training conducted.

• Collect feedback from trainees on the quality of training.
• Monitor the progress of the trainees and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor new joiners performance for the first 60 days and clarify process related queries.
• Prepare the training plans, training content and assessments for refresher training.
• Recommend changes in the training plan & training method.
• Manage client updates in internal systems and scheduling assessments.
• Update SOP and PWI only on a weekly basis.
• Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
• Design effective training content.
• Prepare educational material such as module summaries.
• Support and mentor new employees.
• Keep attendance and other records!
• Manage training Datasets.
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
• Monitor employee performance and response to training.
