Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs for outbound sales teams to improve product knowledge, process efficiency, and customer handling skills.
  • Develop customized training materials, including presentations, videos, and manuals to meet specific business requirements.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions with team members to ensure effective implementation of new processes and products.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences that drive behavioral change among trainees.
  • Analyze feedback from trainees to identify areas for improvement in the training program.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in BPO Training or Sales Training with a focus on Outbound Sales/Outbound Process/Outbound Calling (Domestic).
  • Strong understanding of Domestic BPO/Domestic Voice Process/Process Training/Product Training concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage audiences effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
