Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Design and deliver training programs for process trainers, focusing on Marathi and Gujarati languages. Develop and maintain high-quality training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive learning experiences. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms. Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in BPO industry or related field (process training). Strong knowledge of Marathi/Gujarati language (written & spoken). Experience in designing OJT/TTT/Classroom Training/Online Training/Product Training/Customer Service Training/Voice Process/BPO Process/BPO Domestic.
