Job Description

Prompt Design and Optimization:Create, test, and iterate on text prompts for various AI applications, such as text generation, question answering, and translation.Collaboration:Work closely with product managers, developers, data scientists, and other teams to understand user needs and integrate AI into workflows effectively.Performance Analysis:Monitor and analyze AI system performance and output quality, using data to improve prompt strategies.Documentation:Develop and maintain frameworks, templates, and guidelines for prompt design to ensure consistency and reusability.AI Research:Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in AI and natural language processing (NLP) to continuously improve prompts and AI interactions.User Experience:Refine AI interactions based on user feedback and the empathy of user needs, ensuring the AI provides accurate and useful results.AI Alignment:Bridge the gap between human intent and AI capabilities to guide AI models toward desired outcomes, reducing "hallucinations" and increasing reliability.

Required Skills

Linguistic & Creative Skills:Expertise in language, creative writing, and communication to craft clear, precise, and effective prompts.Technical Skills:Basic programming skills (like Python) and a strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and AI systems.Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to analyze data, identify patterns in AI behavior, and devise solutions to improve AI outputs.Collaboration & Communication:Strong teamwork skills to work with diverse technical and business teams.Continuous Learning:A commitment to staying updated with rapidly evolving AI technologies and prompt engineering best practices.
