2. Role Overview
We are seeking a Process Excellence Specialist to join our People Operations team. This role will focus on driving organization-wide compliance, process standardization, and quality documentation. As Simulanis prepares for IPO and beyond, this specialist will ensure that our systems, policies, and workflows are aligned with best practices such as ISO, Six Sigma, and other compliance frameworks.
The Process Excellence Specialist will work across all functions, supporting audit readiness, ensuring process discipline, and building a culture of compliance and continuous improvement. This is an individual contributor role, reporting directly to the People Ops Lead, with high visibility across the organization.
3. Key Responsibilities
● Develop, maintain, and standardize SOPs, compliance checklists, and policies
● Ensure documentation is audit-ready and aligned with ISO standards and IPO
requirements
● Conduct periodic compliance reviews and report gaps
● Map existing processes across departments and identify opportunities for efficiency
● Introduce Six Sigma/Lean tools to improve consistency and reduce waste
● Support teams in embedding compliance into daily workflows
● Partner with Company Secretary, CEO, and leadership to track IPO-related
documentation
● Maintain centralized compliance trackers for statutory, financial, and operational
requirements
● Design and deliver training modules on compliance awareness and process discipline
● Support People Ops in building a compliance-first culture across the organization
4. Required Qualifications
● Graduate degree in any stream (Business, HR, Law, Engineering preferred)
● Certification in ISO or Six Sigma is desirable
● Minimum 1.5 years of experience in compliance, quality, process documentation, or
audit support
● Strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with multiple teams
● Excellent english communication skills especially written
