Job Description

As a Process Excellence Specialist at INVOICEMART - A.Treds based in Mumbai - Thane location, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of short-term financial transactions among financers, buyers, and sellers efficiently. A.TREDS Limited, a group company of Axis Bank, operates a national online platform facilitating financing of Receivables of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) from buyers through financiers. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Provide consulting support to address strategic and operational business challenges for digital transformation. - Engage with external (customers) and internal stakeholders (functions and management) to drive improvement initiatives. - Understand end-to-end processes, identify automation opportunities, and develop detailed roadmaps for automation and transformation projects. - Stay updated on digital trends and suggest futuristic tools to enhance the platform's competitive edge. - Implement new initiatives/projects/solutions for Automation/Digitization of internal and external processes related to Onboarding, Transactions, and Settlement. - Collaborate with Product/IT teams to design, implement, and ensure adoption of automation solutions. - Obtain necessary internal approvals in alignment with policies and guidelines. - Prepare relevant manuals and process notes for quicker adoption of new initiatives/enablers by users. - Monitor fintech industry developments, identify relevant enablers for implementation, and strive to lead the market. - Gather customer feedback regularly, evaluate project success, and strategize to boost adoption. - Drive transformation projects to diversify the organization into new streams and provide value-added services. **Experience Required:** - Prior experience in leading Business Transformation projects/Process Automation initiatives in the BFSI sector is crucial. - Knowledge and experience in the fintech industry will be advantageous. - Experience with internal/external new product/process launches is a plus. - Familiarity with Supply Chain business, B2B Lending, and Fintech industry. - Proficiency in utilizing and understanding the latest digital tools and trends. - Project Management skills. **Skills Required:** - Technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. - Understanding of technical aspects like web server, application server, database, etc. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders. - Strong communication skills. - Aptitude for learning quickly and effectively. - Willingness to work and collaborate within a cross-functional team. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) is essential.,
