Job Description

Chemical Engineering from IIT Mandatory
Process Optimization:
Analyze and improve existing chemical processes to increase efficiency, reduce breakdowns & costs and enhance product quality, Process engineering of fine chemical organic synthesis in batch process, continuous fixed bed catalysis, dynamic adsorption and separation process, Material and energy balance calculations., cost evaluation, simulation, modelling, down time projection analysis.
Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve technical issues in chemical manufacturing processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Collaboration and Leadership:
Work with various stakeholders, including production teams, R&D, and management, to drive process improvements and implement changes.
Project and Design Implementation:
Design, develop, and implement new chemical processes and plant modifications, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations and meeting project timeline and budget.
Special Task:
To plan & execute vision of Operational Excellence of Leadership
