Process Engineering Manager (EA to Director)

As a Chemical Engineer, your role will involve analyzing and improving existing chemical processes to increase efficiency, reduce breakdowns & costs, and enhance product quality. This includes process engineering of fine chemical organic synthesis in batch process, continuous fixed bed catalysis, dynamic adsorption, and separation process. You will be responsible for material and energy balance calculations, cost evaluation, simulation, modeling, and downtime projection analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and optimize existing chemical processes - Conduct material and energy balance calculations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues - Work with production teams, R&D, and management to drive process improvements - Design and implement new chemical processes and plant modifications - Ensure seamless integration with existing operations - Meet project timeline and budget requirements - Plan and execute the vision of Operational Excellence of Leadership Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Prior experience in process optimization and project implementation is a plus This job offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact by improving chemical processes, collaborating with different teams, and implementing new projects to enhance operational efficiency.,
