ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Thermal design of Fired Heater in respective software.
Sizing of Fans, Pumps, Burners, dampers, ducts, piping, safety valves,
Preparing Specifications and review offer for fans, pumps, burners, dampers, auxiliaries
Proposal and contract stage P & ID, PFD, GA, datasheet preparation
Read Tender Specification and prepare clarifications and deviations. Note budget points.
Prepare Bill of materials for purpose of budgeting
Prepare instrumentation data for control valves, pressure, temperature and flow instruments.
REQUIRED SKILLS & CRITICAL COMPETENCIES
Understanding of Thermodynamics, Heat transfer and Fluid Mechanics related to boiler
Basic Understanding of Fired Heater auxiliaries
Basic Understanding of Fired heater construction,
Basic Understanding of Fired heater operation
Basic Understanding of Fired heater erection
Basic Understanding of Fired heater commissioning activities
Requirement
B.E/B. Tech - Mechanical /Chemical
Experience 3 to 6 years
