Job Description - Design Engineer - Instrumentation Key Responsibilities - Experience / exposure to basic and detailed engineering of Instrumentation, Control & Automation - Knowledge of P&ID preparation - Knowledge of PLC, SCADA systems, field instruments, control & signal cabling, instrument hook-up, preparation of control philosophy of various electrical mechanical system, I/O schedules, System Architecture, Preparation of J B Schedules, Interlock & Alarm Schedules, UPS Sizing - Facility management like fire alarm system, CCTV, access control system, in-plant communication / addressing system, - Preparation of BOQ with specification, operation Philosophy - HAZOP, Hazardous area Classification - Technical evaluation of Vendor offers, interfacing with electrical etc as per the treatment process requirement in water & effluent treatment plants Qualifications - BE / B Tech Instrumentation with 4 - 7 years of experience in Design/Design Review - Proficient in using various Indian design codes and standards - Experience of working in EPC / consultancy organization - Experience in water/wastewater treatment sector preferred
