Description
Analyze, develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing operation sequences, specifications, and equipment, requirements for production/assembly of new and existing products Interpret product design requirement into manufacturing process specification Work with Cross functional Teams for New Product Introductions & problem solving Implementation of Poka Yoke for improving quality Identifying the root cause of the problems (Internal / External) and implementing sustainable corrective actions. Handling of Defective goods received from the customers (Preliminary testing and observation report). Troubleshoot manufacturing problems and implement sustainable corrective actions / design and implement SPC, poka-yoke and other process capability and problem solving and monitoring tools Responsible for implementing Manufacturing Flow Charts, Standard Work, procedures, Control Plans and FMEAs Propose change in Manufacturing Setup as well as designing new manufacturing lines Have sound operational knowledge of MSA, SPC, GD&T, Tolerance stack-up, Engineering Material properties, ergonomics & Poka-yokes etc About Regal Rexnord Regal Rexnord is a publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion.
