Job Description

Job Summary:

Process Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Execute, monitor, and manage specific business processes as per client or organizational requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions, reports, and deliverables.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
Collaborate with internal teams (IT, quality, compliance) and external stakeholders as required.
Participate in internal and client audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Analyze data and generate periodic reports and dashboards to track performance.
Train and support new team members on process workflows.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Ability to work with high volumes and meet deadlines with accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, etc.) or BPM platforms.
Knowledge of process automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) is a plus.
Exposure to Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies
