Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for Kolkata & Bangalore Location. As a part of the BPO support team, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction over phone calls.

Location: Kolkata / Bangalore

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Understand customer issues and provide accurate information or solutions.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up accordingly.
Keep records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.

Eligibility Criteria:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Fresher & Experienced both can apply.
Strong listening skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Problem-solving attitude with customer-focused approach.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate systems.
