Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Printed Circuit Board Design Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis in Ahmedabad. This role involves designing PCBs and contributing to the technological advancements in HR Tech. Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in PCB Layout to design and optimize printed circuit boards for performance and efficiency (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in Schematic Capture to translate design requirements into circuit schematics (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with OrCAD for electronic designs, ensuring adherence to industry standards (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to generate and analyze Gerber Files for the fabrication of PCBs (Required skill).
• Familiarity with CAD Tools to design and develop complex PCB layouts (Required skill).
• Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues during the design phase.
• Attention to detail in designing circuits to ensure high-quality, fault-free production.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of industry standards and ability to apply them in PCB design processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop PCB layouts according to project specifications and industry standards.
• Create and maintain schematic designs utilizing OrCAD and other schematic capture tools.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and functionality.
• Generate and review Gerber Files for accurate PCB fabrication and production.
• Anlayze and resolve technical issues during the design and testing phases.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and design guidelines.
• Assist in the development of new processes to improve the efficiency of PCB design.
• Provide technical support throughout the product development lifecycle.
