Key Responsibilities · Design single-layer, double-layer, and multi-layer PCBs as per product requirements · Create schematic diagrams and PCB layouts using tools (Altium Designer / Eagle / KiCad / OrCAD etc.) · Ensure PCB design meets EMI/EMC and safety standards · Work with hardware engineers to finalize circuits and components · Optimize layouts for signal integrity, spacing, and thermal management · Generate Gerber files, BOM, and design documentation · Coordinate with PCB manufacturers and suppliers · Perform PCB testing, debugging, and modifications · Validate design through simulation and prototype boards · Maintain version control and ensure design quality standards Required Skills · Strong knowledge of PCB schematic design & layout. · Hands-on experience in EDA tools (Altium / OrCAD / KiCad / Eagle etc.). · Understanding of electronics circuits, components & power design · Knowledge of EMC/EMI practices, grounding & routing techniques · High-speed design experience. · Good understanding of manufacturing processes and DFM/DFT · Ability to troubleshoot hardware circuits.
