Job Description

As a Zoho Business Analyst, you will be tasked with understanding business requirements and configuring Zoho applications to align with those needs. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that Zoho software solutions are effectively integrated and utilized, thereby enhancing overall business productivity. Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Zoho implementations. Configure and customize Zoho applications to meet specific business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Zoho solutions with other business systems. Conduct user training and provide ongoing support for Zoho applications. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations. Assist in the design and implementation of new Zoho modules and features. Perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Zoho applications. Strong understanding of business processes and system analysis. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
