Job Description

Provide print and design solutions to customers in a retail environment. Create personalized photos and print products. Provide basic design and DTP services. Operate digital print equipment and pre-press software. Interact with customers and provide customer service and solutions that exceed the highest standards Specifically from the retail print industry. Skills Required:- Good English communication is a must.- Experience in using DTP software (preferred).- Basic knowledge of Computers with exposure to MS Office.- Customer-facing experience - either face-to-face or on the phone (good to have).- Training will be provided in print technology and customer service.
