Print Consultant

As a part of the team at Printo, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly manner. Your role will involve consulting with customers to understand their specific needs and preferences related to merchandise. You will be expected to demonstrate and explain merchandise effectively, while also selecting and suggesting options that are suitable for each customer. Additionally, you will play a key role in answering any questions that customers may have about the merchandise and assisting them in making purchase decisions. You will be required to retrieve merchandise from various locations such as the sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations, and may also need to place special orders as necessary. Having knowledge of designing and print technologies will be an added advantage in this role. To excel in this position, you should have a degree from Any Graduate/PG with a relevant specialization. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Corel Draw will be beneficial for this role. We are looking for individuals who are very enthusiastic, presentable, self-motivated, and have a positive attitude. You should be eager to learn and grow, with strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to take initiatives independently with minimal supervision is also a key requirement for this position.
