Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Styling

• Greet customers warmly and understand their preferences, size requirements, and style needs.
• Provide

  personalized styling advice

  and recommend outfits, accessories, and coordinated looks.
• Assist customers in trial rooms, offer alternative options, and ensure a comfortable experience.
• Upsell and cross-sell to help customers discover the best combinations.

Sales Support

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of

  current collections, trends, fits, and product features

  .
• Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets.
• Process billing, returns, and exchanges as per company guidelines.

Visual Merchandising

• Assist in

  floor display maintece

  , mannequin dressing, and in-store presentation.
• Ensure merchandise is arranged according to brand standards and seasonality.
• Replenish stock on the floor and maintain size availability.

Inventory Management

• Participate in stock counts, inwarding, tagging, labelling, and product organization.
• Monitor low-stock items and communicate replenishment needs.
• Ensure products are protected from damage and kept in sellable condition.

Store Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the store, trial rooms, and display zones.
• Follow all

  SOPs related to safety, security, and customer handling

  .
• Coordinate with the back-office team regarding stock, transfers, and orders.

Skills Qualifications

Essential

• 1 2 years of experience in fashion retail / apparel stores preferred.
• Strong sense of

  fashion, colors, fits, and current trends

  .
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Background in

  Fashion Styling, Retail Management, or Apparel Technology

  .
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills.
