Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Store Managers are the first point of interaction with customers at Printo.They are responsible for greeting customers and understanding their print requirements. Team management and problem-solving. Maintaining high customer service levels and addressing customer and team grievances. Managing cash and payments and sales reports Desired Candidate Profile:- Should have at least 2 years of retail Managerial experience. Should have reached a - Team Lead level in a retail business or should show the potential of guiding a team.- Excellent communication skills.- Basic knowledge of Computers with exposure to MS Office.- Customer-facing experience - either face-to-face or on the phone.- Team management experience.- Should have relevant experience in Sales & closing orders.- Training will be provided in print technology and customer service
