We are looking for a seasoned frontend technology leader to drive the evolution of our user-facing platforms and deliver high-impact, scalable experiences across web and mobile. In this role, you will architect modern interface frameworks, lead complex multi-platform initiatives, and guide a team of engineers to deliver exceptional product outcomes. As a hands-on contributor, you will solve the hardest technical problems, elevate code quality standards, and influence long-term engineering strategy while working closely with product and design partners.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute UI technology strategies that enable performance, scalability, and seamless user interactions across devices.

Lead the development and rollout of high-visibility product features, ensuring delivery excellence from planning to production.

Architect reusable, reliable, and well-documented UI components and libraries to accelerate development efficiency.

Partner with product, design, backend, and QA teams to align on priorities, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.

Mentor engineering talent through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and hands-on technical guidance.

Establish best practices for testing, performance tuning, build optimization, and monitoring to ensure robust releases.

Champion continuous improvement initiatives across development workflows, tooling, and engineering culture.

Drive decision-making around mobile & web performance, system design trade-offs, and integration of new technologies.

Tech Ecosystem

Frontend: React Native, ReactJS, Next.js

Backend Exposure: FastAPI, PostgreSQL

Bonus: Knowledge of native iOS & Android development

What Makes You a Strong Fit

5+ years of experience building production-grade web and/or mobile applications in fast-paced product environments.

Deep hands-on proficiency with React Native, ReactJS, and Next.js, with proven experience shipping user-facing platforms at scale.

Strong understanding of performance optimization, debugging tools, networking layers, and mobile app lifecycle.

Demonstrated ownership of large engineering initiatives—from architecture planning to stable release deployment.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of influencing technical direction and cross-functional decision-making.

Prior experience leading engineering initiatives or mentoring contributors in a high-impact environment.
